A Better Logic is hiring a creative and energetic Reel Creator & Short-Form Video Specialist to produce engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media platforms. You will conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-impact short videos to showcase our IT products, company culture, client testimonials, and tech insights.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, script, shoot, and edit creative short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content).
Identify trending audio, formats, and social media challenges relevant to our brand and industry.
On-camera presence or talent coordination to record engaging video content.
Edit raw footage with transitions, visual effects, captions, color grading, and audio enhancements.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to track video engagement metrics and refine video strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Graduate in Mass Communication, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical portfolio).
Portfolio: Strong portfolio or active profile showcasing creative Reels/Shorts creation and editing skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile/desktop video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, InShot, Canva).
Soft Skills: High energy, creative storytelling, trend awareness, and confidence in front of or behind the camera.
