A Better Logic is seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Varanasi. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive qualified leads, and grow our online presence for our IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email channels.
Optimize website content and blog posts for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn to generate B2B leads.
Design engaging content, banners, and copy for social media platforms and email newsletters.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, web traffic (via Google Analytics), and marketing ROI.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, SEO tools, and performance ads.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
Content & Creative: Basic proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and strong copywriting skills in English and Hindi.
Soft Skills: Data-driven mindset, creativity, initiative, and strong analytical skills.
